Refund policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Wild Amen. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, odors, or other signs of wear
• In its original condition with any tags attached
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

To begin a return, please contact us at wildamen@yahoo.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

RETURN SHIPPING

For returns related to sizing, fit, or a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Wild Amen cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

EXCHANGES

Because availability can change quickly, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please request a return and place a new order.

NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.
